View Legacy by Hillwood on the map

Legacy by Hillwood is transforming 700 acres on League City Parkway into one of the region's largest new communities.
Ten builders are on site at once, so a single set of images spans every stage of construction at the same time: bare pads, framed homes, and finished roofs, side by side.

Why this project matters

Every framed home here is a future roof, yard, and service call, and a policy to underwrite in a flood-sensitive county, months before it reaches any lead list.

Current activity

Ten builders are actively building across the community; new waterways are taking shape between residential sections; roads, framing, and finished homes exist side by side across different sections.

What has changed

Since groundbreaking in March 2024, the site has gone from bare land to homesites delivered to builders (Q1 2025) to occupied homes and all ten model homes open (early 2026).

What to watch next

New section openings, continued framing pace across the ten builders, and progress on the planned on-site Clear Creek ISD elementary school.
